 Teaching is not easy as some might think. It is a combination of skills and techniques in order to get the best students achievement. Teacher should provide their students with the best learning experiences. So they are engaged and motivated. A skillful teacher is the one who is aware of the time needed for each objective, coming and leaving class on time and times of repetition required.  In addition, the better the skillful or effective teacher managed her class, the better achievement the students will have.  Most of the teachers, when they face a management problem they say it’s a discipline problem.  In addition to discipline, the teacher shouldn’t forget the healthy climate, the relationships, the expectations, standards, experiences, routines, and many other things all together help the teacher to have a good classroom management.  The teacher should always try to prevent what they called discipline problems.  Also, if she faced these problems, she should know what consequence to choose and based on that she should have a repertoire of consequences. Since without management there is no learning.
